Being straight about this matters more than a longer list of states.
- Commercial payers and Medicare work the same way everywhere. Enrollment is per payer, not per state, and claims are submitted electronically.
- Medicaid is administered state by state. Each program has its own enrollment, portal and rules, so it's onboarded per state rather than assumed.
- Credentialing is per provider, per payer, per state licence. We track the dates; the licence stays yours.
