Terms of Service
These cover your use of this website. Last updated 21 August 2026.
Using this site
You're welcome to read, print and share these pages. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to systems you're not entitled to, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
What the content is, and isn't
The guidance here, including the Insights articles, the denial-code reference and the specialty pages, is general industry information. Coding rules, payer policies and regulations change, and they vary by payer and by state.
It isn't legal, financial, coding or compliance advice for your practice, and it isn't a substitute for checking current requirements with your payers. Decisions about your billing remain yours.
The cost calculator
The calculator on our homepage is arithmetic applied to figures you enter. It's an estimate, not a quote, and not a projection of what you would save. Every practice's cost base differs, which is why each percentage is yours to change. Nothing it displays is an offer.
Enquiries
Sending us a message doesn't create a client relationship or oblige either of us to anything. We'll reply, and if there's a fit, terms are agreed in writing before any work starts.
Please don't send protected health information through the contact form. See our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove content at any time.
